Baby Joy For Gwen Stefani! The Singer Welcomes Third Child

Congratulations to the singer who gave birth to her third son with husband Gavin Rossdale on Friday.

The couple confirmed their happy news through Twitter. Gavin tweeted about their baby’s arrival on Saturday – simultaneously revealing their son’s unusual name choice. They decided to call their baby Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale – Bowie and Flynn being the couple’s mothers’ maiden names.

Gwen, 44, quickly retweeted Gavin’s tweet – as did hundreds of fans of the couple. The couple are already parents to Kingston, seven, and Zuma, five, and Gavin is also dad to British model Daisy Lowe.

The No Doubt singer concealed her pregnancy for the first few months, only confirming in October that she was pregnant. Gwen celebrated her blue-themed baby shower last month, with a whole host of famous pals including Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie in attendance.

Gavin’s the latest in a long line of celebrity dads who have announced their baby’s births via Twitter. Simon Cowell, Mike Tindall and Emily Blunt’s husband John Krasinski also shared their news through social media.
