Emily Blunt On Parenting In Hollywood: ‘It’s Such A Fear-Based Industry’

Into The Woods actress Emily Blunt has a relaxed approach to parenting when it comes to raising her 10-month-old daughter Hazel – and it doesn’t involve reading every parenting title out there

In an interview with The Edit, the star, 31, said, ‘There used to be one book that everyone read, now there's “How to Raise a Gluten-free Baby”, “How to Raise a Scientific Baby”… It’s insanity!’

'So I haven’t read anything. I’m just letting [Hazel] do her own thing.'

The actress, who showed off her unbelievable post-baby figure in the shoot in a number of midriff-baring outfits, also spoke about the difficulties of filming her latest flick Into The Woods, as The Baker’s Wife, while pregnant.

'In a way, the part was the only one in Hollywood I could still have done, because it didn't matter if I was a bit big – the baker’s wife eats a lot of buns.

'But by the end of the shoot I was about seven months [pregnant] and hiding behind every tree in the woods.'
