Kate Middleton Attends Glamourous Gala Alone – But Can’t Resist Talking About George

Section: Celebrity Mums

The Duchess of Cambridge left Prince William to babysit Prince George (we presume), while she attended a charity dinner

Wednesday was a big day for Kate, Wills and baby George as the family had their first public engagement together – George’s christening. But the new mum had another event in her diary just the next day as she attended a charity gala at Kensington Palace yesterday.

Kate swapped her cream Alexander McQueen christening ensemble for a glamourous midnight blue Jenny Packham evening gown, accentuating her slim post-baby figure for a second time.

But while doing her duty as a representative of the royal family at the dinner in aid of people with addictions, K Mid couldn’t resist talking about George.

The proud mum said her son was ‘such a good boy’ at his christening, the Mail Online reported, and said that he was already ‘fast asleep’ when she left for the gala. Aw.

She admitted to Sky News that she was surprised at how good George was throughout the christening, saying ‘He was such a good boy actually. We were very lucky, he’s not always like that.’

We thought the little prince looked and behaved wonderfully, too, Kate.

How did your baby behave during his christening or naming ceremony? Let us know below.
