Another win for the Duchess of Cambridge as she hits the basketball court
We don’t know about you, but we’re fed up of hearing about how all these celebs got these pre-baby figures practically a second after giving birth – usually with weird diets and intense work outs.
So, we’re thrilled that our favourite Duchess gave herself time to regain her (admittedly gorgeous) pre-Prince George figure.
Papped yesterday playing volleyball at a public engagement, the new mum looked full of energy and even unwittingly gave spectators a glimpse of her post-baby stomach while jumping up to reach the ball.
It’s the first time that we’ve seen Kate get back her slim figure – previously she’s still had a clear bump so it seems that the Duchess went about losing her baby weight the healthy way.
We would love to know what exercise regime / diet she stuck to and try it out ourselves!
