Kimberley Walsh On Not Making Wedding Plans: ‘I Want This Year To Be All About Baby Bobby’

Section: Celebrity Mums

The new mum has admitted that she hasn’t really thought about wedding plans because her newborn is all that she’s concentrating on right now

Kimberley Walsh only became a three months ago, so it’s completely understandable that she wants to focus solely on her son.

The former Girls Aloud singer has revealed that although she’s newly engaged to her partner Justin Scott, she hasn’t decided on a date – or anything else to do with the wedding.

‘We haven’t really thought about the wedding plans yet but there’s no rush,’ Kimberley, 32, wrote in her OK! magazine column.  ‘I want this year to be all about our little Bobby. ‘

However, Kimberley did say that she ‘can’t wait to be a proper family.’

The new mum announced her engagement on Twitter a few weeks ago, by tweeting a pic of her ring. ‘The ring is perfect,’ she adds. ‘I’ve had loads of congratulations, which is lovely.’

The new mum has had even more celebrations recently as she celebrated her first birthday as a mum this week. And her favourite present? Taking a break from her mum duties to have breakfast and take a shower.
