New Mum Zara Phillips Takes Baby Mia To The Races

Zara Phillips is well known for her riding skills and love of anything equestrian related – and it seems like she is getting her baby daughter involved already

Zara Phillips enjoyed a day out at the races with her baby girl in tow yesterday.

The new mum, 32, was wrapped up against the cold in a parka and woolly hat at the Barbury races in Wiltshire, where two of her horses were competing.

This was Mia’s first public appearance since her birth last month and the newborn stayed safely tucked away in her pram, which looks like a three-wheeled Maxi Cosi in black. A practical option for combating the grassy terrain at the races.

Although Zara’s hubby Mike Tindall wasn’t spotted at the event, the Queen’s granddaughter was kept company by lots of friends who were photographed cooing over little Mia.

An official photo of Zara’s daughter hasn’t yet been released but as is the custom of the royal family we expect this to happen in the next few months. Watch this space!

Where did you take your baby on her first outing? Let us know in the comments box below.
