Billie Faiers Is Overdue: The TOWIE Star Resorts To A Work Out To Kick Start Her Labour

Billie Faiers is waiting for the overdue arrival of her first baby – and is doing all she can to ‘Get this baby moving’

From having sex to eating certain foods, there are lots of ways you can help bring on labour yourself. And TOWIE’s Billie Faiers is trying a spot of exercise to help move things along.

The reality star, 24, posted an Instagram snap of herself enjoying a county walk on Saturday morning with the caption, ‘Out for a nice long walk… Get this baby moving… #overdue.’

Billie’s fiancé Greg Shepherd, 27, was with her on her walk and the soon-to-be parents stopped to pose for a selfie together, too.

The mum-to-be was sensibly dressed for her gentle work out, in a maternity sports top, leggings and trainers.

We all know a due date is only an indication – and only five per cent of babies are born on their due date and can arrive up to two weeks late. No matter how pregnant you are, take a look at what your baby’s up to here.
