Natasha Hamilton Announces The Baby Name She's Chosen

Natasha Hamilton and partner Ritchie Neville’s first child together hasn’t even been born yet, but the couple have already settled on a baby name – Ella.

The pair met on the ITV2 reality show The Big Reunion and only started dating in September, but both are excited about their impending parenthood.

Explaining their choice of name, Natasha told the new issue of OK! magazine: 'I've always liked Ella and it's not overused. There's no middle name yet but at the baby shower our mums were throwing out names like: "What do you think about Ella Brooke?" No!

Nothing's caught our imagination yet. The boys like Ella - they've been calling her Ella for quite some time.'

Natasha previously spoke of how her pregnancy was a complete surprise.

‘It’s a complete miracle because I had cysts on my ovaries last year and the specialists nearly had to remove them,’ she explained.

But Ritchie, 34, suspected they might be welcoming a new addition to the family after her smell changed.

‘We were in Austria when I was doing The Jump and we were cuddling and her neck smelt of newborn babies! I’d smelt that before and the person was pregnant,’ he said.

‘This is my first child so I'd never seen a scan and suddenly our baby was on the screen and I swore – it was a proper mindblower!’ he added.

The couple’s little one is due in September and is Ritchie’s first child. Natasha is already mum to Josh, 11, with nightclub owner Fran Cosgrave, Harry, nine, with dancer Gavin Hatcher and Alfie, three, with ex-husband Riad Erraji.
