Pregnant Duchess Of Cambridge Makes Second Public Appearance

Kate glammed up for a royal appearance last night, despite having Hyperemesis Gravidarum sickness

The Duchess had a busy day yesterday – attending two separate royal engagements, which marked the first time she had been spotted in public since announcing her pregnancy at the start of September.

During the day, the Duke and Duchess welcomed the President of the Republic of Singapore on a state visit to the UK. Kate wore a grey Alexander McQueen coat and matching Jane Taylor hat.

In the evening, the Duchess attended the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Awards at the Natural History Museum. For the glamourous event, she opted for a pale blue V-neck gown from her go-to designer Jenny Packham. At 13 weeks pregnant, Kate looked back on form following her struggle with pregnancy sickness Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

While the Duchess’ barely-there baby bump was concealed by the wrap effect dress, she showed off her slim legs with a side split.

Kate reportedly admitted to being ‘delighted to be out of the house’ after staying out of the public eye for weeks while she recovered from the antenatal sickness.

We can’t wait to see more of Kate’s maternity wardrobe – if it’s anything like when she was pregnant with George, then it’s set to be an exciting few months for all fans of fashion.
