Carrying on with your day job whilst pregnant is no easy task. Inbetween struggling to tie your shoelaces, morning sickness (and don’t get us started on ‘baby brain’!), it's sometimes hard to concentrate.

But for these famous ladies, rocking a baby bump was just another stunning stage accessory.
