Rachel Zoe Pulls Out Of New York Fashion Week To Focus On Her Baby

The celebrity stylist chooses family over fashion, cancelling her show in order to take care of her baby son Kaius Jagger.

Celebrity Stylist and mum of two Rachel Zoe has cancelled her New York Fashion Week appearance because she needs to stay home with her kids.  This will mark  the working mum’s first absence from the New York Fashion Week calendar since she first started showing her collections in February 2011.

Her presentation had been scheduled for February 13 but last Friday, the 42 year old issued a statement to WWD saying, ‘As a new mother, my newborn son is too young to travel with me and I’m unable to leave him for the amount of time required to appropriately prepare for the show in New York.

‘While I look forward to New York Fashion Week each season, I’ve made the difficult decision to move our fall 2014 runway show from Feb. 13 in New York to a later date in Los Angeles.’

Ms Zoe delivered her baby, Kaius Jagger in Los Angeles on the 22nd December.

Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman also have a two-year-old son called Skyler
