Revealed! Frankie Sandford Juggles Working Out With Parenting Duties

Frankie Sandford, from The Saturdays, only gave birth in October and it seems she’s returned to her fitness routine – and is going about it in an unusual way

Frankie Sandford has posted a pic of herself working out (and looking very glam while doing so) with her son Parker strapped to her chest.

The new mum accompanied the snap with the text ‘Finally found a way to make working out enjoyable! ... Prez is next!
#everybodyneedsaparker’.

Little Parker seems pretty unbothered by his mum’s workout – as did Frankie’s pet pug who’s sitting at her feet.

Could this be the new mum exercise trend? It’s definitely something new!
