Royals On Tour! Kate Middleton’s Plans For Prince George’s First Foreign Trip

Section: Celebrity Mums

So far, new parents the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William haven’t done anything by the (royal) book and it seems that streak is going to continue

If Prince George doesn’t have it lucky enough already, it’s thought that he’s set to embark on his first trip across the world – and he’s only three months old. And, in a break from tradition, it seems his granny will be playing nanny.

Royal rumour has it that the Duke and Duchess are planning a tour of Australia with their son in the New Year – just like Prince Charles and Princess Diana did when William was a baby.

And Carole Middleton has (possibly) managed to get in on the trip of a lifetime. Kate’s mum is reportedly adopting the role of George’s nanny on the holiday, as the baby’s regular nanny is unable to make it.

‘They don’t want just anyone helping out in Australia and think Carole would be perfect,’ a source told The Mirror.

‘William has always admired the close relationship between Carole and Michael and how they’ve raised their children in such a happy environment. That’s what he wants for George, so he and Kate are enlisting their help whenever they can.’
