Tina O’Brien Shares Baby’s Name And Reveals Her Pain-Free Labour Secret

The former Coronation Street star opens up about her enviable labour, which only last two hours. If only we were all that lucky, eh?

Since giving birth to her second baby, last month, actress Tina O’Brien has stayed out of the public eye. But the former Corrie actress has now introduced her son to the world and shared his name – Beau Lee Stephen.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Tina reveals that Beau arrived very quickly in a labour that didn’t even require pain relief.

‘It was crazy,’ the 31-year-old says. ‘We went to sleep on Thursday night and by 10:30am the next morning, we were home with our gorgeous 7lb 8oz baby boy.

‘I got to hospital at 2am and had him at 3:02am. I’m still in shock!’

The star says her pain-free labour was a result of hypnobirthing, which teaches you to ‘turn everything into a positive,’ Tina says. ‘I had no pain relief, not even a paracetamol or gas and air.’

Other celebs including Tom and Giovanna Fletcher and Billie Faiers also used the birthing technique – and are quick to rave about their success with it.

Tina’s also mum to six-year-old daughter Scarlett from her previous relationship with actor Ryan Thomas. The father of Tina’s son Beau is rugby play Adam Croft, who she’s been with for three years.
