Who Cares About A New Mum Flat Tum? Not Kate Winslet

The heavily pregnant British actress reveals that getting a post-baby flat stomach is not on her list of priorities

Although many new mums obsess about how and when their figure will return to its pre-baby shape, Kate Winslet is definitely not one of them. In a refreshing interview with Time Out magazine, she revealed that bouncing back to her pre-pregnancy weight is not a major issue for her.

Far more important for the Titanic star, who is heavily pregnant with her third child – her first with new husband Ned Rocknroll – is being ‘around for her children’ and ‘being healthy’.  After admitting that springing back into shape has never been something she’s done quickly, she told the magazine, she’d rather to be healthy and have as much fun as she can. ‘Look I’m 37 year old,’ she said. ‘I don’t want to spend my time thinking about the size of my a**e.’

We love her openness and think she’s got her priorities spot on. What do you think, should more celebrity mums speak up like this? Share your tips in our comments box below.
