Plum, peach and prunes by Annabel Karmel
  • Serves: 4-6
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the plums, peaches prunes and apple juice.
  2. Stir over the heat, and then simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Blend until smooth.

Suitable from 6 months. Also suitable for freezing.
