These healthy burgers are served with a chilli-rich salsa to boost metabolism and protect against stress
1. Place the minced turkey in a large bowl with the lime rind, spring onions, soy sauce, cumin, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix until well combined then use wet hands to shape into 8 burgers.
2. Transfer the burgers to a grill pan and place under a preheated hot grill for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, place all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. Set aside.
4. Arrange the toasted bun halves, cut-side up, on 4 serving plates and top with shredded lettuce. Place a burger on each and top with the salsa. Serve immediately.
