Woman Gives Birth In GP Surgery After Complaining Of Stomach Pain

One woman got the surprise of her life on a visit to the GP surgery with a suspected kidney infection – she left as a mum to a baby girl.

Clare Evans, a 24-year-old from Newport, rang the NHS helpline after experiencing stomach pain and was advised to go to her local surgery for a check-up.
