The Saturdays singer Una Foden is known for her svelte figure and healthy approach to diet and fitness – and the star is keen to maintain her lifestyle during her current pregnancy
After months of touring with The Saturdays during their Greatest Hits Tour, the singer, 33, admitted she was ‘very, very fit in preparation’.
‘My approach to fitness during my pregnancy has been very different and not as strenuous,’ she told MailOnline.

‘I've been doing lots of walking and swimming and I'd love to give yoga a go as it looks amazing.
‘I eat very healthily and I love using my juicer to whiz up fruit and vegetable juices.’

However, the star is partial to a treat or two, just like the rest of us.
‘I don't have a sweet tooth, I'm more of a savoury person and love salty foods. At home, Sunday is takeaway day and we have Indian, pizza or Chinese. Obviously I don't eat as much as Ben,' she said.
The singer and husband Ben Foden, already parents to Aoife Belle who was born in March 2012, announced that they were expecting their second child – this time a baby boy – in an interview with Hello! Magazine.
Una revealed she is sailing through her pregnancy, just like with Aoife, but has found her cravings to be slightly different this time. ‘With Aoife, I was mad for chocolate, but this time round, I’m more for savoury stuff and spicy foods. And pickles. I’m loving pickles,’ she said.
