Impressively lightweight model that offers great quality and fit and outstanding value for money. It’s a shame that it doesn’t have an ISOFIX option but that compromise is reflected in the price.

The Nest is exceptionally lightweight and impressive for a seat that’s so inexpensive. There are compromises given the price, there’s no ISOFIX option and it can’t form a travel system, for example, but we give this one top marks for value for money.

The design is very basic, but it’s lightweight and easy to clean

The design is very basic, but it’s lightweight, easy to clean (the covers can be removed and machine washed) and has room for growth.  It has a built-in sunshade and a supportive insert that makes newborns more comfortable, that can be removed to make more space as your baby grows.

The three-point harness has padded straps and can be adjusted. It’s ideal for parents on a tight budget, or as a second car seat for keeping at the grandparents’ or at a childminder’s house.
