Cybex Solution X2-Fix offers good support and is safe. The seat is dedicated to head safety and is very comfortable but it is bulky (the headrest in particular) and can obscure vision in a small car.
The ISOFIX makes it easy to install and adjusts without hassle. The covers are also washable. It’s an expensive product but is solid and secure, and worth the going rate!
