The Concord Transformer XT Pro is huge and bulky but totally fabulous! It is a well-designed, safe, smart-looking car seat that is sturdy and easy to clip in and out with the help of an hi-tech TwinFix connection system.
The included impact cushion is a great idea but the bar across the seat might make little ones feel restricted until they get used to the feature. The product is best suited for smaller families or families with larger cars – who wouldn’t have to try and fit three (etc.) Transformer XTs into an average-sized back seat.
On the plus side, it’s the bulkiness of the car seat that affords its little user extra protection, and safety is always worth the cost.
