Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I loved these bottles! I've never seen this design before and I was really impressed! They are comfortable to hold and my baby really liked them. It was really easy to make sure there were no air pockets when feeding him. They were easy to take apart and clean.

The were so easy to use! Simple to take apart and clean. I like the design, they were comfortable to hold and my baby loved them too! The design made sure there were no air pockets so baby was less windy.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I'd like to see some colourful bottles. Nice, bright primary colours would be lovely with unisex designs like animals or patterns.

The grip dents in the bottles are a fantastic idea. It helps ensure a comfortable hold. Nice clear markings that stand out making sure it is easy to ready how much baby has drunk.

The teat being set off centre is genius. It makes it easy for babies to empty the bottle without wriggling the bottle to try and get those last drops into the teat.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

A colour selection would be nice as only seems to be available in clear with green writing currently. Also the white screw teat holder is made from a material that I found difficult to loosen/tighten as it was smooth and my hand would slide round when trying to tighten to the correct position.

I really liked the shape of the teat on these bottles, it really helped my little one change from breastfeeding to bottles, and she seemed to like this bottle the most. I like that you don't have to tip the bottle up in an obscure way to get the last dregs out the bottle and it is able to flow smoothly which also helps in cleaning them.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This is really good for my little one’s colic, as when the milk is low it keeps flowing and doesn't stop until it has all gone, therefore reducing the amount of air and reducing reflux and colic two of my baby's issues since birth. The angle you feed at seems different as well and seems more relaxed therefore helping mum and baby to enjoy feeds more.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The one thing I would change about this product would be that they came in gender specific colours and designs, even if they had slightly more design on but stayed the same colour, this would just make the bottles a bit more fun and less run of the mill, even if the only thing that was changeable was the teat holders colour.

2015 – Shortlisted for 'Best Product for Bottle Feeding' Award!

Mothercare’s Innosense Wide Neck Bottle has an off-centre teat that stays full of milk to the last few drops and aims to reduce wind and burping. It might take baby some getting used to but the design is effective, and the bottle is easy for baby to hold right off the bat. It can be difficult to put the teat and plastic ring back together in line with the vent hole but practice makes perfect; a few tries and you'll be a master.

It’s not an extravagant product but its very simplicity, as well as its efficiency, is what makes it a worthwhile purchase.

2014 – Shortlisted for 'Best Product for Bottle Feeding' Award!

Mothercare’s Innosense Bottle is a standard product, with basic functionality. It’s not too wide and the angle of the teat encourages a comfortable feed and reduces wind. The bottles come apart easily, which makes for easy cleaning. However, the teat is difficult to get into the neck of the bottle, even when using the recommended technique; it pops out easily or sticks in the wrong place.

Overall, it may not be the most attractive bottle on the market but it is a well-designed product that is good value for money.
