I bought this when I was diagnosed with PGP in my pregnancy to help with my exercises. The size was good for me but if i were much taller it would be too small (i'm 5ft 2) You do need to pump it up, leave it and rerun to it to continue pumping. We ended up doing that several times to get the ball to stretch. I used it every day and so we needed to pump it every week. This was easier said then done as then done as the pump was not powerful but then what can you expect when you don't pay a fortune for the whole package!
