Tested by mum Gemma Knell for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This product is especially useful in the last trimester of pregnancy when leakage can be an issue. Due to previous problems in my last pregnancy this was more of an issue for me. So testing these lights by TENA pads was great as they are discreet and do the job well! Meaning no embarrassing moments. They are also comfortable to wear with no irritation and I often forget I am wearing one.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Less to worry about with late pregnancy or urine leakage. Also light to carry around and nice design of the box. I think the price is reasonable too for the quality of the product.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Only thing perhaps would be that the lights by TENA could be in individual little packets as it is prettier and more hygienic to put in a hand bag.

Tested by mum Sara Cauvain for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

These little lights by TENA are pretty good.  I have been wearing them while I am pregnant and will get some more after I have had baby.  They are very comfortable to wear and I completely forget I was wearing one!  These are great little liners, slightly thicker than a normal panty liner, but you need something a bit thicker in pregnancy!  They fit was lovely in my underwear and didn't move at all. The price is great. Will definitely be purchasing some more for after the birth.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Nothing to change, great product and price.  Great liner that keeps you fresh and dry all day.

Tested by mum Shannon Fearn for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I had never had to use these before, but found them to be very reliable with little (inevitable) accidents, particularly towards the end of pregnancy. The lights by TENA stay in place really well in underwear and are so comfortable that you hardly know it is even there. They are very discreet, yet they are absorbent enough to deal with any accidents.

They give you peace of mind that you won't have any embarrassing moments when out and about and are very discreet.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Price point a little high.

Tested by mum Helen Robinson for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would recommend this product for anyone in the later stages of pregnancy as it offers great peace of mind for the times baby is bouncing a little too hard! I found the product to be absorbent but really discreet. I also think this product is great in the weeks after pregnancy when the body is still weakened.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This product made my life easier by providing peace of mind and allowing me to feel confident both before and after labour.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I wouldn't change a thing about this product.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

As a mother who has two young children, I would 100% recommend this product. This product is perfect to keep you hygienic. Over the years not just this testing period I have come to rely on this product and I cannot fault it. After having my kids I had a bladder issue way after the standard time after given birth & I could trust in this product to keep me clean, so for that I am grateful.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This product is perfect to keep all those small leaks discreet and personal.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would allow for some change in them so they could match most underwear such as it would be super cool to have one in black... this would be amazing.

Tested by mum Caroline Tedford for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I love this, I have an implant and at times I use these to help me from period accidents not going on my clothes as it's so unpredictable and these are awesome....

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Oh yes, totally in love with this product... it comes in handy when you are pregnant, given birth and beyond.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Nothing, this product is just amazing.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

It does what it says in the tin, it protects, keeps you clean and easy to use. Thumbs up for sure!

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

It's very easy to store in your babies bag without taking a lot of room. The box also is great quality as you get a lot of for your money - so very good value especially is you use them often.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

YES! My only issue is at times I wish it was thicker.

Tested by mum Kelly Dunlop-Chatburn for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would recommend Lights by Tena to fellow new mums as after recently giving birth to my second child for the first time in my life I experienced some bladder weakness.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Before trying Lights by Tena I was using a standard sanitary towel to deal with any leaks. The sanitary towels did prevent leaks but were not as comfortable to wear as the Lights by Tena. I particularly liked how discreet the Lights by Tena are and the difference in how fresh you feel compared to wearing a sanitary towel.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The only thing I personally didn’t like about the Lights by Tena is that the pads are not individually wrapped so they do not come with any packaging which can be used to wrap used pads in before disposal. That said I did like the packaging and I really liked the pelvic floor exercise app available online at lightsbyTENA.com.
