What they say:

“This tasteful, unisex swing is ideal for smaller spaces and its compact folding design means it can be easily stored away. Easy to assemble, the two position seat has three swing speeds plus a timer function giving multiple options for rocking baby to sleep. The swing also plays 8 different soothing melodies and includes a soft new-born head support. An integral lock transforms the swing into a static seat for times when baby is more alert and has an adjustable bar with removable toys; a soft cloud and a rattle, ideal for when baby begins to reach and grasp toys.”

This Ladybird Folding Swing is very easy to assemble, looks nice and comfy for baby and is a beautiful colour grey and design. It could be for either a boy or a girl. It folds up pretty small so is easy to store away or take with you in the car. It's very simple to use, reclines, has different songs and speed settings.

How did this product make your life easier?

Baby loves the swing! It makes life so much easier as a mum as I can pop baby in the swing whilst I tidy up after my toddler or make a cup of tea. You just have to fasten her in, set the speed you want it to swing at and also choose a song and it keeps going until you switch it off. The recline feature is also great for if baby is wanting to sleep or if she is wanting to sit up and play with the toy bar.

It’s good value for money, other swings which are pretty much exactly the same or not as good are a lot more expensive. It has different songs where as some other swings only have the one. It reclines which a lot of other swings don't and it has the toy bar which you can adjust the height of which is great too.

What changes would you make to this product?

It would be nice if there was another button which would play all the songs one after another as you have to go over to the swing and press another button to switch songs and the same song repeating constantly can get a little tedious. Apart from that I really do like this swing, it keeps baby happy, safe and secure.

I would recommend the Ladybird Folding Swing to a friend because I love it. I love how comfortable my baby is and I love the head support pillow. It supports his head so well so that it does not roll when the swing function is on. The chair lays back enough so that my son is not hunched over. I love the colour of the chair its neutral and goes well in any room. I also love the way that the chair fold up and it's so easy to do we took it with us on a short trip away.

How did this product make your life easier?

I love the Ladybird Folding Swing because my baby is so safe in it because of the 5 point harness. And I know if i leave the room he is safe in there. I love the different speed settings they are a life saver as my baby likes to be rocked and it's made my life easier being able to put him down and he can still get the rocking motion. And I can get on with other things that need to be done.

I would chose this swing again for other children or I would buy as a gift for a family member or friend who are having babies. My son loves to be in the Ladybird Folding Swing more then the other ones we have tried. The chair is soft and comfertable and also really safe. I love the head cushion it keeps my babies head from rolling.

What changes would you make to this product?

I absolutely love the Ladybird Folding Swing, it’s the best I have ever used and my son loves it. I love the colour of the swing and the different speeds. The only thing that I would change about the chair would be the sound setting I think if it went just a little louder then it would be perfect as in my living room when things like the tv are on and people are talking it's very quite and I'd like that to be a little louder so that my baby mainly heard that.

If you need your baby to have a safe, cosy seat to rock in then the Ladybird Folding Swing is your best bet! My newborn found it very comfy and was immediately soothed. She even liked the music. The motor seems like it might struggle to rock a heavy baby very much. It had just the perfect amount of swing to soothe my baby off to sleep and she likes it to nap in regularly.

How did this product make your life easier?

My baby can nap in any room I am in no matter how much noise I am making! I know she is safe and secure, and perfectly happy to rock off to sleep while I get on with the never ending chores that come with having babies. I love how my backache has disappeared since I started using the swing. My arms are free and baby is happy.

It's a good-looking product, I really like the calming colour scheme and the fabric is surprisingly soft. The fact that the swing folds flat is very handy. It does take up a lot of room though. I like how lightweight it is and it can be carried from room to room. It is easy to assemble and the controls are simple enough even for a sleep deprived mother!

What changes would you make to this product?

If I could change one thing it would be the motor. I think that it might struggle with a heavier baby. I put a heavy weight blanket over my baby and the swing noticeably slowed down. Overall it is a good looking swing that is soothing and calming, and a lovely safe place for baby to nap. It seems to be a quality product and has plenty of good features.

This product is essential when you have a baby. I can put baby in it and he settles almost instantly. The swinging action is soothing for him and the seat is in a perfect position to keep him comfortable. The fabric on the seat is super soft, ensuring optimal comfort for babies.

How did this product make your life easier?

This makes life easier as it keeps baby settled so mum can go and make a drink or whatever. It also has a great timer feature so once baby is settled you can save the batteries. This item folds away nice and neatly so it can be stored by the side of the sofa, or neatly by the wall. As this is what usually puts people off buying the 'bulkier' baby items, this one folds nearly and will freestand when folded.

This product is simple and effective. It has a lovely neutral design, perfect to go with any nursery or living room decor. I love the fact that it folds flat for storage/travel. The fabric is soft and gentle on newborn skin. The head hugger is soft and height adjustable, perfect for the growing baby. I like the speed option and timer option, lets you adjust this product to you own babies needs. I am not a fan of the music/sound option, if it had better music choices I might have used it.

What changes would you make to this product?

The music. I would like more soothing music, possibly classical music or soothing nursery rhymes. The music sounds computerised and not exactly soothing or relaxing. I would definately like to see a bit of Mozart or Beethoven on there, it would make it more of a selling point for me. The water/rainforest sounds are ok, but again if the quality of sound were improved it would likely more appeal to me.

What a great product!! I love it and so does my 9 week old. It folds up ultra small so easy to put away each night. The seat has two positions, A lay back option or a seat position. It's also got varies speeds and lots of tunes. The bar that goes across can also be bent back or forward so easy to get baby in and out.

My baby loves being in this. She can happily swing in it and it leaves me to get on with stuff. But she can also watch me so she knows I'm still there. The 5 point safety harness means I know she's safe in there and won't full out. She likes the swinging motion so saves me having to do it for half an hour!.

The Ladybird Folding Swing is a godsend. I love the fact it folds up small, it takes up a lot of space because of the wide legs so great it folds up, even the seat !. It also includes two small toys that are on the bar and they detach for cleaning or if baby wants to hold them. The seat is easy to get off to so it can be cleaned.

What changes would you make to this product?

It's a lovely unisex product however it is a it plain and boring in colour. Just white and grey. The toys could also be abit more interesting!. Also I can imagine being white it will show the dirt easy. But again can be put in the wash. It is abit awkward to carry as you need both hands so a handle would be good.
