Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

The pants come in a great range of fabrics which are really attractive - my son loved them! They're not too bulky, so they're not blatantly training pants. From what I could tell, they hold in any accidents that happen whilst in the water.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Having poppers on the side make these pants really easy to take off, particularly if your child has had an accident in them. Some other swim pants do not have this feature, which makes a big mess when removing them, so these pants are great for this!

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Perhaps the pants could be adjustable around the legs? As I suspect if a child is slender, they may not hold in everything as well as a child with chunkier legs.

I would recommend the Charlie Banana 2 in 1 swim and training pant with snaps to ALL potty training parents.  They look and feel like knickers/pants with some absorbency to aid accidents.

The training pants have helped to end with potty training as they look and feel like normal pants/knickers and not nappies giving confidence.  Yet if an accident were to happen the snap fastening make it easy to clear up a mess and the outer layer prevent outer clothing having to be changed also.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

For the short period of time they are required during the potty training process. These are expensive compared to cloth nappies or even regular pants/knickers given the quantity that may be required,  however they do have the added use as a swim pant too and the sizing should last a good while.

Love these 2-in-1 pants. Very soft lining & soft waterproof outer with super cute design. I liked the absorbent organic pad in the centre of the pant (perfect for little accidents when potty training). I love that they are just like proper "big girl" pants but waterproof with some absorption. My toddler accidentally pooed in these, thankfully they kept contents in & due to the snaps on the sides I didn't have to pull down over her legs which means less mess :) They wash well too. My toddler loves these & is comfortable wearing them. Yes, I would definitely recommend.

Super easy to put on & off (especially little accidents of the smelly kind) due to the snaps at either side. Washes well & dries quick. Will save you some money as doubles as a swim pant too.

Nothing! I love these pants.

The Charlie Banana swim nappies come in a variety of patterns and colours and all with children in mind. They're lovely and soft on the inside and out and have a padded organic cotton inner. We took these to the swimming pool with us and they worked really well. They double up as training pants too, my son could take them off easily by pulling them down himself. Really liked that they have poppers on the side, which I can imagine would come in really handy if he'd done a poo in them. They also washed up very well. I'd definitely recommend these.

We now don't need to keep buying disposable swim nappies. These wash well and dry quick so over time these will save you money whilst doing your bit for the planet.

I saw somewhere that you can buy inserts for these, would've been good if they came with a couple.

Absolutely brilliant. They absorb enough to avoid almost all but the massive one off accidents getting to clothes, but lets my toddler feel the wetness and tell me about it. We took a longer car trip so I used a cloth diaper insert to add a little more absorption and had no leaks!  Designs are adorable and easy to pull off and on. They dry quickly too once washed, bonus so the house doesn't look like a laundromat!

I tested it as a potty training pant but cheated by using it as swim nappy too. Perfect for both! About £8 for a dual purpose swim diaper and potty training pant - awesome!

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow parent?

Lovely bright decorative design looks really fun in the water and the kids enjoyed wearing them as they were excited. Lots of other mums asked about the design as they are so different. Leg elastic is really such a good fit, fits nicely but has lots of stretch. Any "deposits" were kept nicely inside and we had minimal leakage.

It's nice to have a two-in-one product meaning that you get more for your money. The snaps are good as it allows for quick easy access for taking off spikes pants.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Perhaps a drawstring waist would make the nappy a bit more long lasting and easier to adjust for smaller waists.

I really like the idea of these, however in the category of potty training they are a little disappointing. This is due to the fact they are quite small and therefore uncomfortable for long periods of time. They are really cute and such an excellent idea, but my son is in size 6 nappies so we were sent the largest size and they were a tight fit. As they were tight my son struggled to pull them up and down like pants on his own.

As a swim nappy however, they are excellent. Great value for money if you swim a lot and look really cute on. They seem to dig in less when wet. They were easy to take off too.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

To have adjustable elastic on the legs and adjustable waist as they come up small. My son is not a huge toddler and one of his friends could fit when we tried.
