A good value basic three wheeler that comes with extras, including a raincover and seat liner. Better suited to jaunts around town rather than cross-country hikes. Suitable from newborn to toddlerhood.
This buggy won’t manage serious hiking expeditions, but it is a nimble, urban pushchair that’s easy to use and steer, and its narrow enough not to get stuck in any doorways. It has a compact, freestanding fold, that’s helpful for travelling and the seat is large enough to accommodate a growing toddler. It has lots of recline positions, essential for naps plus it can lie flat too, making it suitable for newborns. The Vio has a removable, easily washed seat liner that provides extra padding and the handles are adjustable too.
The lockable front wheel makes it easier to push over rougher terrain, but it’s definitely not a proper off roader. Overall the Vio lacks robustness and our testers questioned its quality, but for £135, including a raincover and the seat liner, we still think this model s offers good value for money.
