Chicco Liteway Plus Travel System review

The Chicco Liteway Plus Travel System is compact, lightweight and manoeuvrable. The pushchair reclines to a flat position, which is great for napping, and the hood is a snug fit, protecting little ones from blasts of wind. The foot muff fits perfectly and the Velcro straps make sure it doesn't slip off.

The rain cover is also a good fit but the storage basket is small and the wheels are temperamental on certain terrain although the front-lock swivel feature is great. The pushchair folds neatly and is east to store but the clasp that keeps it together once folded has a tendency to come undone, which is inconvenient when on public transport, especially.

The car seat fits nicely into the pushchair although a padded headrest would make the seat that much more comfortable, for smaller babies in particular.

Overall, it’s a good quality travel system, attractive, not at all cumbersome and very reasonably priced.
