I am always a little apprehensive about using new products in my baby as I suffer from eczema and I always worry my little one will too. Thankfully, no signs yet and she responded well to these products with no adverse reactions. These products smell amazing and the levender has a calming effect in baby before bed, leading to a more restful sleep.

How did this product make your life easier?

As we all know, the time before bed can be witching hour for a lot of babies, including mine! I used these products when I took my baby out of her nightly bath and massaged all her skin in the moisture lotion. She loved her massage and it helped to relax and calm her before bed, meaning she went down easier. Since, we have used all the products together and my baby seems to respond well.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would use these products specifically for bedtime bath routine for my baby. The range has a lot of products, all specifically and scientifically proven to aid tearfulness in babies and I do feel it helped to calm my baby for sleep. The smell of the products is so lovely and this is certainly something which would make me use this range above any other similar product range.

What changes would you make to this product?

The only thing I would change is the design of the round moisture lotion lid. The silver foil lid is fiddly and we made a real mess when trying to access this product in the first instance. The aesthetics of the products is nice apart from that, and the quality and smell is very positive and appealing.

The Johnson's bedtime baby range smells absolutely beautiful, so much so that I also used it for my toddler too! I can understand why it helps to get little ones ready for sleep, I might try it myself! The containers are an attractive purple colour which makes it aesthetically pleasing for either a baby boy or girl. The bubble bath and wash produce a lovely lather in the bath and on the sponge and rinse off easily. The oil absorbs well into the skin.

How did this product make your life easier?

The Johnson's bedtime baby range made my life easier because all the products have the same fragrance so I knew I wasn't mixing different products and smells from different companies, which might confuse my baby or cause potential irritation. Also, using the products in the recommended order meant I didn't need to think about whether I should or shouldn't use something and helped to structure my baby's bedtime routine. I liked the idea it was promoting her bedtime/sleep routine.

Would you choose this product to win?

They offer great value for money and a fantastic fragrance (that I immediately associate with a baby smell), which lasted long after bath time. Over time, I imagine the smell would trigger bedtime cues for my little girl, so she would learn that that meant the start of her bedtime routine.

What changes would you make to this product?

The bath time bubbles / wash did leave my little girl's face very dry compared to the rest of her body so maybe this is something that should be looked at? I have to be honest and say I didn't feel brave enough to use the baby cream on her face, despite the advert for it being very mild. If I have any criticism, it would be to have a smaller bottle of the baby oil, as I didn't use very much and felt it was just too big a bottle.
