Mum shares genius hack to getting baby's clothes to dry faster

As new mums, we can use all the help we can get. Absolutely everything is time-consuming when you've got a little one in tow, and the last thing you want to do is wait for hours on end for your babygros to dry...

Well, your life may be about to change! One mum has taken to Facebook to reveal a simple, yet GENIUS hack to get your baby's clothes to fry faster.

The post was shared by Nubs & Bumps, a blogging site for parents expecting, and has so far attracted more than 16,000 likes and 54,000 comments!

What is the baby clothes drying hack?

So apparently you've been hanging baby clothes wrong this whole time. The most time-efficient way to get your baby clothes to dry faster is to actually fasten them to the drying rack by buttoning them up over the bar, instead of folding them over or using pegs. Your babygros will dry in double the time as they are left to hang freely - just give it a try and you'll see for yourself!

And we've got an extra little tip to save you even more time, there's no need to do up all 3 buttons as pictured here, 1 button will suffice, saving you all the more time!

So does it work?

Mums across the country rushed to praise the post and how they wished they'd found out about the hack sooner.

Kelly Slack wrote: "Why did I not know about this when mine were little!!!  🙈  great life hack! The amount of washing there is with a baby, you run out of pegs!!"

Marissa Seage tagged a friend saying: "Leanne Wardlaw, you may already know this given your super organised personality but I thought I’d share it anyway - fab idea!"

Jenny Sylo Sye said: "be handy for the washing line outside saving pegs and won't blow away... I'd never of even thought."
