A Royal Style Icon: Prince George Named Most Stylish Celebrity Child

Section: Kids' Fashion

It would appear that Prince George is following in his mum’s oh-so-fashionable footsteps as he beats the likes of Blue Ivy and North West to the top spot in a style poll

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s 10-month-old son George can add another title to his collection – he’s been crowned the most stylish child.

In a poll conducted by personalised baby gifts site My 1st Years, Kate and Wills’ son won 23 per cent of the vote to secure the top spot.

Beyonce and Jay Z’s daughter Blue Ivy came in second, followed by Kimye’s daughter North – who's recently been snapped with a host of famous fashion friends.  Alesha Dixon’s daughter Azura was awarded fourth place and David and Victoria Beckham’s daughter Harper came fifth with nine per cent of the vote.

Sixth place was taken by Marvin and Rochelle Humes’ daughter Alaia-Mai and in seventh place came Kate Winslet’s son Bear Blaze.

But George wasn’t the only royal tot to make the top 10 – his second cousin Mia Tindall was voted as the eighth most stylish tot.

Simon Cowell will no doubt be pleased to know that his son Eric also scored a place in the top 10, voted as the ninth most fashionable small person and finally Wayne and Coleen Rooney’s eldest son Klay rounded off the leaderboard in tenth place.

George was able to demonstrate his (or Kate’s) eye for style on his family’s recent tour around Australia and New Zealand, causing most of his photographed outfits and accessories to sell out.

‘It is no surprise that George made it to the top spot because he’s so loved by the public,’ said a representative for My 1st Years. ‘As soon as the he wears something, that item has a huge surge in sales. Here at we experienced this George effect first hand when the young Prince was photographed wearing a personalised jumper. Coincidently we had a surge in sales for a similar product and sold out.’
