Looking for baby name inspiration? Look no further than the decade of Facebook, The Office and Crocs – the noughties.

Trying to choose a name for your baby means a lot of choice, but it doesn’t have to be difficult – especially since the last decade, from 2000, could turn out to be an amazing source of inspiration.

Naming your baby after one of our favourite double gold-medal winning Olympians Kelly Holmes could mean you’ll be spending a few chilly Saturday mornings wrapped up at the track supporting your little sports star.

Captain Jack Sparrow was one of the most iconic film characters of the noughties – so, we think you’ll earn serious cool mum points when your little boy finds out he’s named after the man who played him, Johnny Depp.
