A knob of butter
150g plums, chopped
150g peaches, chopped
20g prunes, chopped
1 tbsp apple juice
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the plums, peaches prunes and apple juice.
Stir over the heat, and then simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Blend until smooth.
