Your essential guide to Black Friday 2019

What is Black Friday?

Black Friday is traditionally the Friday following Thanksgiving in America, where masses of shops and online retailers have huge discounts and sales. It's now the biggest shopping day of the year in the UK and you're guaranteed to find loads of deals on baby products, tech and electronics, fashion, homewares, and much more.

When is Black Friday 2019?

This year, Black Friday is November 29th, followed by even more discounts on Cyber Monday on December 2nd. But often you'll find sales continue for a week or longer, rather than just 24 hours.

How to get prepared for Black Friday

Before the day itself, make sure you've signed up for newsletters from all your favourite brands so you get access to exclusive deals and discounts. Register to sites you're interested in to save you time filling in forms on the day.

Have you got Amazon Prime?

It's a good idea to sign up to Amazon Prime before Black Friday so you can take advantage of next-day delivery and all the other things you get too - like Prime Video.
