Ingredients

  • A knob of butter

  • 150g plums, chopped

  • 150g peaches, chopped

  • 20g prunes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp apple juice

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the plums, peaches prunes and apple juice.

  2. Stir over the heat, and then simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Blend until smooth.

Suitable from 6 months. Also suitable for freezing. Read more on prune juice for constipated babies and toddlers.
