This is an easy, no-cook breakfast which your little one can assemble with you the night before. She can help weigh ingredients and stir the mix – not to mention lick the spoon! Then watch her excited face when it’s all ready to eat in the morning.
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, yoghurt, milk, berries and honey.
2. Divide the mixture between four small jam jars or ramekins. Sprinkle the tops with seeds if using.
3. Place in the fridge to chill overnight.
Pregnant? Oats are a good source of selenium, vitamin E, calcium and vitamin B, which help boost your baby’s immunity.
