Take a look at the new probiotic, healthy Belgian chocolate that is packed with live bacteria...

Introducing Ohso, a new chocolate brand that is said to deliver three times more good bacteria than probiotic yogurt or milk drinks.

There are five flavours to choose from - classic Belgian, orange, no added sugar lemon, no added sugar raspberry, and no added sugar Belgian chocolate.

Each pack contains seven small bars - ideal portions for one a day each week - and each little bar contains 72 calories, or 63 for the no added sugar varieties.

Ohso has no added dairy and is gluten, nut and cholesterol free.

The M&B team have tried this new chocolate and it gets the thumbs up from us. And if we benefit from healthy bacteria as well as a tasty chocolate hit, that’s an added bonus!
