Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut water

  • 75ml coconut milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 5 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 10 raspberries (fresh or frozen)

This delicious smoothie is made with a refreshing mix of coconut milk and coconut water, blended with frozen banana and berries.

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  • Drink straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.

  • If you keep it for later, you’ll need to give it a shake before drinking.

Makes 3/4 pint
