200ml coconut water
75ml coconut milk
1 frozen banana
5 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
10 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
This delicious smoothie is made with a refreshing mix of coconut milk and coconut water, blended with frozen banana and berries.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Drink straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
If you keep it for later, you’ll need to give it a shake before drinking.
