Raspberry and watermelon ice lollies

Ingredients

  • ¼ watermelon

  • 60g raspberries

  • A little icing sugar to taste

  1. Cut the flesh from the watermelon and remove the seeds. Blend the watermelon and raspberries together. Strain through a sieve and stir in the icing sugar to taste. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
