Carrot and sweetcorn fritters by Annabel Karmel

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes


1) Put the flour, egg and milk into a bowl. Mix together, then add all the remaining ingredients except for the oil.
2) Heat the oil in a frying pan, drop in tablespoonfuls of the mixture, and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side.
