Method

This is a fantastic recipe for those who have a fussy eater as it lets baby exercise their independent side. It’s packed full of essential nutrients making it a nutritionally complete mouthful, so mum and dad are happy too.

Suitable from six months +

  1. Measure all of the ingredients except the egg yolk into a food processor. Whizz until finely chopped. Add the egg yolk and season lightly (for babies 12 months +). Shape into 20 balls.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper and drizzle with a little oil.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes turning over halfway through the cooking time.
