The mangos and strawberries make tasty purees for your baby. If he’s teething, a lolly will provide extra relief

Make sure you make some versions without alcohol for your toddler to enjoy


  • For strawberry:

  • 600g strawberries, hulled

  • 3 level tsp fructose

  • 1 tbsp vodka

  • For mango:

  • 2kg mango flesh

  • 3 level tsp fructose

  • 1 tbsp vodka

  • For Baileys:

  • 500ml double cream

  • 3 level tsp fructose

  • 3 tbsp Baileys

These lollies have some distinctly adult flavours to them, but you can leave the alcohol out if you’re making versions for the whole family

1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Divide equally between lolly moulds and put the sticks (or cut off straws)

3. Put in the freezer until firm

This dish is safe in pregnancy if you remove the alcohol.
