Ingredients
Guacamole

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp parsley chopped
Juice of ½ lemon

Decoration

Purple tortilla chips
Red pepper
Gherkins
Cheese
Black olives
Carrot
Measure all of the guacamole ingredients into a bowl and season to taste. Blend using a stick blender until you have a thick smooth consistency.
Serve the guacamole in the scooped out avocado shells and decorate to create your witches faces.
