Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp plum sauce

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp orange juice

  • 300g salmon sliced into 2cm chunks (skinned)

  1. ​Preheat the grill until very hot.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with oil.

  3. Mix the plum sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together in a bowl.

  4. Add the salmon and marinate for 5 minutes. Place on the baking sheet and put under the grill for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden.
