Ingredients

  • 250ml hibiscus flower tea

  • 157ml natural syrup

  • 5 tsp each cinnamon, clove and star aniseed herbal tea

  • 700ml of mineral water

  • 8 ice cubes, or to taste

  • edible rose petals, to garnish

  • zest of lime, cut into matchsticks, to garnish (optional)

This is a super-refreshing drink – perfect for the summer

1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass pitcher and stir.

2. Garnish with rose petals and lime matchsticks.
