VEGAN Baileys’ is now a thing, and it has HALF the calories of the original!

Baileys Almande

by Jane McGuire |

If you’re vegan or dairy-free, you’ll often find yourself saying no to a creamy Baileys at Christmas, UNTIL NOW.

The best-selling Irish cream brand have announced they are now selling dairy-free bottles of their famed drink. Bailey’s Almande is made of almond milk and it sounds amazing.

The description reads: ‘Our alcoholic almond drink blends sweet almond oil and almond essence (from crushed almonds), cane sugar and purified water with a touch of real vanilla.

‘Baileys Almande is dairy-free and vegan friendly, but very much not free from naughty, delicious indulgence. Best enjoyed over ice.’

It’s also gluten free, and HALF the calories of the normal Baileys drink – each serving of Baileys Almande has just 67 calories, compared to the 130 calories per serving of the regular tipple.

The bottle will be on offer in Asda stores this Mother’s Day, dropping to just £16 a bottle – yes please!
