It’s not just over-fours that want kids’ club-style entertainment. Toddlers need fun stuff to do, too

Sunsail Club Vounaki, Near Paleros, Greece.

A three-and-a-half hour flight from London, then a 45-minute transfer from Preveza airport.

Sunsail is the world’s largest sailing and watersports holiday company, and has 30 locations worldwide. Vounaki is their Mediterranean beach club, based at the bottom of the rugged Arkanika Mountains, and houses a brilliant kids’ club plus sailing tuition from the age of five.

From four months to two years, your baby can join the nursery-style Minnows Kids’ Club, where she’ll have the same staff member throughout her stay – and there’s one qualified nanny to every three children. You pay an extra £240 per baby per week, but you’ll get cots, potties, changing mats and home-made baby purée.

At the Snappers Kids’ Club (free for two to four year olds), toddlers have their own indoor and shaded outdoor play areas and can try an impressive variety of activities, including canoeing, tennis and swimming. As well as free childcare on selected nights, there’s also supervised lunch and dinner for all children under 12.

Meanwhile, you can either laze by the pool or book in for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking or mountain biking.

One- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as suites and mezzanine apartments. Spacious and air-conditioned, it’s worth paying extra for a sea view.

Prices start from £549 per week. Adults have a half-board meal plan included, while children under 12 have full-board. Visit Sunsail or call 0845 527 8552.
