Not only does the former MIC star run her own company, The Mummy Tribe which specialises in holistic postnatal retreats, she also is a hands-on mum to daughter India, 2 and is always sharing her hardcore workouts online.

Mummy Tribe partnered with femtech brand Elvie for a panel discussing the importance of our pelvic floor and understanding our own anatomy - especially after becoming a mama.
